Kosova De-Naturalization

Since the end of Kosovo war many private company owners have been abusing the nature and the natural goods of the country. One of the major issues of this phenomenon is the sand collection and rock braking for use in asphalt production. Including a national park many beautiful and touristicly usefull locations are transformed into mines. Other issue is the metal collection. Used or abandoned cars, old metal peaces are collected in private properties which are mainly in fields or locations quiet visible.

There are certain so called factories that melt the metal and cause high pollution. Power plants using coal to produce electricity are the major pollution reasons of the air. Because of the dust that comes out of the chimneys the landscape around the power plant is grey which is made of toxic elements and causes cancer disease to local population.
